After 3 days of usage, we had to switch to the bigger lunch bag that doesn’t make use of plastic attachment as plastic to plastic attachment means the plastic hook of the bag became bent. We switched to the bigger lunch bag where it attaches via cloth and it was much better. Was worried the hook would be broken within a week’s use (and the lunch bag wasn’t heavy). The straps could be further apart like the typical ergonomic bags so it wouldn’t put the weight of the bag on the child’s neck (that was the pain point for my p2 boy). Lovely design but these two points wd be what I’d tweak.
