LPS Toughness Guarantee

We guarantee our backpacks against any manufacturing defects for one year from the original purchase date. We stand by the toughness of the bags we make. If you are not satisfied with our bags at the time you receive it, or if our product does not perform to your satisfaction, return it to the store you bought it from or send it back to Le Petit Society for a repair, replacement or refund.

• This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser. Warranty covers reparable manufacturing issues such as damaged buckles, straps and zips.
• Exclusions: this warranty does not cover accidental damage from mishandling of the bag, such as subjecting it to a rough cycle in a washing machine or dryer. Wear and tear from normal use, fading, scuffs, stains or general deterioration (holes, tears) on bag surfaces are not covered. Applied custom patches or personalisation effects are also not covered.
• We reserve the right to assess the condition of the backpack and determine whether a repair is viable, or to replace the defective product at our discretion.
• Should a repair or replacement not be possible for any unforeseen reason (for example, if a style is out of production or no replacement parts are available), we reserve the right to offer a gift card to address any inconvenience caused. The final amount will be determined at our discretion and is final.
